Consent to Personal Data Processing
I hereby, in compliance with the requirements of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of July 27, 2006 "On Personal Data" (as amended and supplemented), freely, by my own will and in my own interest, and also confirming my legal capacity, give my consent to the Administration of the Multify website (hereinafter – the Operator), website: https://gomultify.com, contact email address: contact@aleksei.dev, for the processing of my personal data under the following conditions:
1. This Consent is given for the processing of personal data, both without and with the use of automation tools. Consent is given for the processing of the following personal data: surname, first name, patronymic; phone number (home/mobile); email; user data (information about location, OS type and version, Browser type and version, device type and screen resolution; source from which the user came to the site; from which site or by which advertisement; OS and Browser language; which pages the user opens and which buttons they click; IP address; cookies); data about me that will become known during the use of the Multify service (in case of registration and use of the service), as well as other publicly available information about me.
2. Personal data is not publicly available.
3. The purpose of personal data processing: clarification of connection details and work with the Multify service; processing of incoming requests from individuals for the purpose of providing consultations on the use of the service; sending notifications about new products and services, special offers and various events; analysis of an individual's actions on the website and improvement of the quality of the site and its content.
4. The basis for processing personal data is Article 24 of the Constitution of the Russian Federation; Article 6 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data”; the Personal Data Processing Policy posted at gomultify.com/privacy; this Consent of the website visitor to the processing of personal data.
5. During processing, the following actions will be performed with personal data: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction.
6. I am hereby notified by the Operator that the intended users of personal data are authorized employees and representatives of the Operator, as well as persons engaged by the Operator under civil law contracts for the processing of personal data.
7. Personal data will not be transferred to third parties, except in cases provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
8. I am aware that:
8.1. this Consent to the processing of my personal data is indefinite and may be revoked by sending a written statement to the Operator at the email address: contact@aleksei.dev with the subject line “Withdrawal of consent to personal data processing”. The date of withdrawal is considered to be the day following the day the Operator receives the written statement of withdrawal of Consent to personal data processing;
8.2. I have the right to access my personal data, to demand clarification (update, change) of my personal data by sending a notification to: contact@aleksei.dev with the subject line “Personal Data Update”, as well as to delete and destroy my personal data if its processing by the Operator violates my legal rights and interests, or the legislation of the Russian Federation;
8.3. in case of withdrawal of Consent to personal data processing, the Operator has the right to continue processing personal data without my consent if there are grounds specified in paragraphs 2–11 of part 1 of Article 6, part 2 of Article 10 and part 2 of Article 11 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” dated 27.07.2006;
8.4. The Operator ensures the security of personal data and takes all reasonable measures to exclude unauthorized access to it;
8.5. I have the right to refuse to receive informational and promotional mailings by sending an email to: contact@aleksei.dev.
9. I undertake, in the event of a change in my personal data or information about me, to immediately inform the Operator, providing supporting documents (if necessary).
10. By this Consent, I confirm that I am the subject of the personal data provided, and I also confirm the accuracy of the data provided.
11. I have read the Personal Data Processing Policy, located at: gomultify.com/privacy.
12. This Consent is valid from the moment of its signing until the termination of personal data processing, in accordance with clause 8.1 of this Consent.
