Personal Data Processing Policy

1. General Provisions

1.1. The Multify website administration (hereinafter – the Operator) considers the observance of citizens' rights and freedoms as one of the most important conditions for its activities.

1.2. The Operator's policy regarding the processing of personal data (hereinafter – the Policy) applies to all information that the Operator may obtain about visitors to the website https://gomultify.com. Personal data is processed in accordance with the Federal Law "On Personal Data" No. 152-FZ.

2. Basic concepts used in the Policy

2.1. Website – a collection of graphic and informational materials, as well as computer programs and databases, ensuring their availability on the Internet at https://gomultify.com;

2.2. User – any visitor to the website https://gomultify.com;

2.3. Personal data – any information relating to a User of the website https://gomultify.com;

2.4. Personal data processing – any action with personal data performed using computers, as well as without their use;

2.5. Anonymization of personal data – actions that result in the inability to determine the ownership of personal data to a specific User or person without the use of additional information;

2.6. Dissemination of personal data – any actions resulting in the disclosure of personal data to an indefinite circle of persons;

2.7. Provision of personal data – any actions resulting in the disclosure of personal data to a specific circle of persons;

2.8. Destruction of personal data – any actions resulting in the irreversible destruction of personal data on computers or other media.

2.9. Cookies – small pieces of data that the site saves in the user's browser and reads on subsequent visits; similarly, data in the browser's local and session storage (localStorage, sessionStorage) are understood here.

3. The Operator may process the following personal data

3.4. The website also collects and processes visitor data (including cookies, IP addresses, device data, and website activity) using the Yandex Metrica web analytics service. The procedure for such processing, the list of cookies, purposes, data composition, storage periods, and method of withdrawing consent are described in section 7 of this Policy.

4. Purposes of Personal Data Processing

4.1. The purpose of processing the User's email address, phone number, last name, first name, and patronymic is to clarify details of connecting to and working with the Multify service. The Operator may also send the User notifications about new products and services, special offers, and various events. The User can always opt out of receiving such messages by sending an email to: contact@aleksei.dev.

4.2. Data collected using the web analytics service (section 7) is used to assess website traffic, analyze traffic sources and User behavior on pages, and improve the quality of the website and its content. This data is not used for advertising targeting and retargeting.

5. Legal Grounds for Personal Data Processing

5.1. The Operator processes the User's personal data, specified in paragraphs 3.1–3.3, only if they are voluntarily submitted through forms on the website https://gomultify.com. By submitting their data, the User agrees to this Policy. The full text of the consent to personal data processing is available at gomultify.com/privacy-agreement.

5.2. Analytical cookies and related data (section 7) are processed only after the User has given consent in the cookie management banner upon their first visit to the site. Until consent is received, the web analytics service is not loaded and the specified data is not collected. Necessary (technical) files that ensure the basic operation of the site are used based on the need to provide the User with the requested service.

6. Procedure for Collection, Storage, Transfer, and Other Types of Personal Data Processing

6.1. The Operator ensures the security of personal data and takes all reasonable measures to prevent unauthorized access to it.

6.2. Personal data is not transferred to third parties, except in cases provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation, as well as in cases explicitly described in this Policy (data transfer to Yandex Metrica service under paragraph 7 and loading of embedded video under paragraph 7.6).

6.3. If inaccuracies are found in personal data, the User can update them by sending a notification to: contact@aleksei.dev with the subject line "Personal Data Update".

6.4. The processing period for personal data sent via forms is unlimited. The user can withdraw their consent at any time by sending a notification to: contact@aleksei.dev with the subject line "Withdrawal of consent to personal data processing". Consent to the use of analytical cookies can be withdrawn using the methods specified in paragraph 7.5, without contacting the Operator.

7. Cookies and Web Analytics

7.1. The site uses cookies and browser local/session storage data of two categories:

• Necessary — save your choice in the cookie management banner so as not to show it again. Always installed, not used for analytics or advertising.
• Analytical – Yandex Metrica service. They are installed and loaded only after your consent in the cookie management banner.

7.2. Web analytics service and data recipient

The Operator uses the Yandex Metrica service (counter № 108401641), provided by YANDEX LLC (Russia, 119021, Moscow, Leo Tolstoy St., 16). With your consent, data about the visit is transmitted to YANDEX LLC and processed by it as a person processing on behalf of the Operator, in accordance with the Terms of Use of the Yandex Metrica service and the Yandex Privacy Policy. The IP address is processed by the service in an anonymized form.

7.3. What data is collected

Yandex Metrica collects: IP address (anonymized), identifiers in cookie files, device type and version, OS and browser, language, screen resolution, source of transition to the site, viewed pages and actions performed on them (clicks, scrolling). Additionally, using the "Webvisor" technology, User actions within the session are recorded (cursor movements, clicks, scrolling, content of viewed pages). Data entered into form fields is not included in the Webvisor recording.

7.4. List of Cookies and Storage

An accurate and up-to-date list of files installed by Yandex Metrica is provided in Yandex documentation. The data retention period by YANDEX LLC is determined by the Yandex Metrica service Terms of Use.

7.5. How to change or withdraw consent

• the “Cookie Settings” link at the bottom of any page of the site — opens a banner where you can enable or disable analytical cookies;
• disabling or deleting cookies in your browser settings;
• Yandex browser add-on to opt out of Metrica: yandex.ru/support/metrica/general/opt-out.html;
• contacting the Operator at contact@aleksei.dev.

Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to the withdrawal.

7.6. Embedded Video

A video player from the Kinescope service (kinescope.io) is placed on the main page. It loads with the page. In this case, the IP address and viewing data are transmitted to the Kinescope service, and it can set its own cookies and data in the browser storage. These files can be disabled or deleted in the browser settings.

8. Final Provisions

8.1. The user can receive any clarifications regarding the processing of their personal data by contacting the Operator via email: contact@aleksei.dev.

8.2. Any changes to the personal data processing policy will be reflected in this document. In case of significant changes, the User may be notified by email if they have previously provided it to the Operator.
